The number of accounts allowed for companies:

Companies should commit to not creating more than one account on the site, as the platform allows only one account to be created.

Company names The company name listed on the site must be the real name, and it is prohibited to use pseudonyms or any name indicating anything other than the real company name listed in the company's commercial registry.

Profile pictures for companies:

It is forbidden to use any immoral images or pictures that affect religion or race or that call for social discord

Business portfolio of the company:

It is prohibited to use the work of other companies and promote it for you and the implementation of your company

Who manages the company account?

Company account can be managed by the company CEO or business development manager or project manager or any one in the company how work on searching for services providers or/and generate leads. 

Account suspension:

When you violate the terms and conditions of the site, the work team will suspend your account and expose you to accountability about it, or if the work team suspects anything that is not authorized on the site, and the site has the right to request proof documents.

Violating the conditions and permanently suspending the account:

The site has the right to ban accounts that violate the aforementioned terms or are used for conditions that are not included on the site and that cause harm to the site or its users permanently and without returning to the user or alerting him to that.

Platform payments:

The services providers has no right to request any additional amounts from the project owner unless in case of change request,, the service provider must submit his commercial offer directly .

The services provider will be updated with the project cost in hold status as soon as the project requester paid the project cost and the cost will be withdrawable for the services provider after one week after the project end.

The project requester have to pay the project cost and it will be on hold on his wallet till he confirmed the project ended and he received his deliverable as agreed with the service provider. 

Services requester have to make sure that his project requirements clear as he inserts it in the project description and any change request will be set for extra cost.

Refund for the customer who recharged a wallet:

The balance charged in the wallet is returned to the customer through the project owner opening a technical support ticket asking for his money back, after that the technical support department contacts him When is the money retrieved from the customer's card to the bank account?

1. If the service provider fails to implement the project for the services requester.

2. If the project is canceled by an agreement between the service provider and the services requester.

3. If a site defect occurred that caused the project not to be implemented.

Content on the site:

The website has the right to delete or hide any inappropriate content that violates the terms of use,

Copyright and intellectual property rights in the projects executed on the site:

By default, and unless agreed upon by the beginning of the project between the client and the service provider, the owner of the project (the customer) owns all intellectual property rights and copyrights for the projects he received through the site. The service provider has no right to impose additional rights on the project after starting its implementation or delivery through the site.

10.Make fake offers.

Preserving the rights of the service provider and the service applicant on the site:
